| What does this files do, i only feel no more fear after 3 weeks of using listening to it. it appears it my fear defenses in my mind.

Instead I don't know what those files can give to listener over long period of listening time.
All of them based on channelings from Higher Beings through medium - those Beings are like Jesus (Sananda), SaLuSa, En-Ki (Samuel), St. Germain and many others.
Those Spiritual Beings trying contact with us for helping us all the time.
There are more then 210 tracks mixed inside; about 25 minutes long of each one. The energy output theorically should give Spiritual Openess but I don't guarantee this. At your case it's manifested itself as a erase fear or root causes of fear.
All channelings are from Mission Pharaon and Project Cheops. Some of them are from Lightworker.org
