Hi I need proper instructions and guidance to use this mp3 to get the fullest and maximum effect. I have been using this mp3 regularly and have stopped listening to all other subliminal programming audio, still i haven't noticed any visible results. I want to know how to use this mp3 to get the full visible effect. I want to know where am i falling short, or what am i doing wrong. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you - H.M.

There could be a few things of the bat that could be an issue.
*Blocks Sometimes there are blocks we hold in the forms of self defeating ideals about ourselves we create. These may have formed as a reaction of self preservation in our earlier years. Either way Blocks can be worked through by consciously confronting them through a little soul searching that I could and should write on a different thread entirely.
Initial entrainment can be important as well. You should listen to the track you choose in relaxation before you go to sleep or in an extremely relaxed mode. After you do this a couple times your mind should be tuned in enough to the tracks intent to be able to pick it up easier.
One thing I just came to find out is that there is a site called shuttlepop.com. By simply entering the site you get a sound that is emitted through your computer speakers. This sound is out of the hearing range (-20hz and above 2000hz). The sound is structured in a way that connects you to the music or artist you are listing to while the browser is up.
So in other words, try listening to the track through your computer while you have the shuttlepop.com site up.

Thank you for the reply. Yes i think internal blocks might be interfering with the full absorption of the mp3s. As you mentioned in your reply, could you please elaborate on ineer soul search and removing internal blocks. An extensive explanation of the process will be greatly helpful and appreciated.
